Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Denmark seeks a Senior Manager for API IO M1 US Project Support to lead a dedicated team driving production support, continuous development and Life Cycle Management. You will oversee utilities and solvents delivery, ensure GMP, EHS and quality standards, and coach a high-performing team on the shop floor.

You will collaborate with the Production Director and cross-functional colleagues to optimize operations, safety and continuous improvement as volumes rise and processes

Qualifications

• Leader with GMP-regulated experience.
• LEAN and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Experience with automation like SCADA/PLC systems.
• Fluency in English; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead an established employee group to drive safety, quality and engagement.
• Ensure reliable utilities and solvents delivery to support production.
• Drive continuous improvements and LEAN ways of working.
• Develop Life Cycle Management of processes, equipment and ways of working.
• Ensure GMP, EHS and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with Production Director and other departments.
• Role model for safety, quality and continuous improvement on the shop floor.
