Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Project Manager for the PMO within Business Support. The role leads multidisciplinary investment projects from initiation to completion, ensuring safe, compliant and timely delivery in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate engineering, production, quality and other functions, manage scope and budgets, monitor risks, and drive mitigation actions while upholding governance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Structured and proactive Project Manager with a solid track record delivering projects in complex, regulated environments.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with project governance, risk management, and reporting.
• Strong planning and stakeholder management skills; ability to communicate in English (Danish is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary investment projects from initiation to completion, ensuring safe, compliant and timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Production, Quality and other support functions.
• Monitor progress, risks and performance metrics; drive mitigation actions.
• Facilitate decision-making and remove barriers to execution.
• Ensure compliance with governance, quality standards, and internal processes.
