Job summary

Novo Nordisk Engineering (NNE) seeks a Senior Manager of Construction Management to lead on-site teams and drive safe, compliant project delivery at Kalundborg or Virum. You will translate strategic goals into actionable plans, mentor engineers, and build strong client relationships while upholding our execution model and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related technical field (M.Sc. or B.Sc.).
• 8–10 years' experience in construction and site management.
• Experience establishing and developing systems within this field (planning, temp works, commissioning).
• Familiarity with 4D/5D tools and digital construction management.
• Commitment to safety in safety-critical environments.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing construction management team.
• Ensure successful project execution through site mobilisation and risk management.
• Establish and continuously improve systems for planning, resourcing, and budgeting.
• Build and manage effective client relationships on site with stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, NNE quality standards, and execution model.
