Job summary

Terma Group is seeking a Platform Architect to own the architecture and long-term evolution of our Internal Developer Platform. You will drive technical direction, set platform-wide standards, and ensure our on-prem platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with the needs of development teams.

You will join the DevSecOps/Platform enablement team and work with platform engineers, IT, and delivery teams to bridge strategic direction with hands-on execution while enabling reliable software

Qualifications

• Formal software/IT education with hands-on platform engineering experience.
• Proven ability to define architectural roadmaps and standards in on-premises or private cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Kubernetes, observability, secrets management, and secure by design practices.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and long-term evolution of Terma's Internal Developer Platform.
• Define technical direction and platform-wide standards; ensure scalability, security and alignment with development teams.
• Lead migrations and drive major technical initiatives from design to production.
• Enhance Platform Enablement/DevEx track to improve internal service delivery.
• Balance developer experience with security and regulatory compliance in a complex environment.
• Mentor team members through architectural guidance and code reviews.
