Terma Group in Denmark seeks a Lead Systems Engineer to drive the development of Critical Infrastructure Protection solutions. You will act as the technical lead across the full system lifecycle, from scoping and requirements to testing, validation, and customer acceptance.

You will collaborate with software, hardware, mechanical, and systems engineers in R&D, mentor peers, shape proposals and estimates, and engage stakeholders while balancing technical ambition with practical delivery.

Formación

• Degree in Systems/Software/Electronics Engineering, Physics or related field.
• Experience with multidisciplinary systems engineering and complex solutions.
• Familiarity with V-model development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of sensor technologies and system integration (sensor fusion, CV, signal processing).
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as technical lead and primary customer interface across Critical Infrastructure Protection projects.
• Translate operational needs into system requirements and engineering plans.
• Drive system design, integration, verification and validation across disciplines.
• Coordinate stakeholders and maintain traceability throughout development lifecycles.
• Lead system-level testing and support product evolution with PM and engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to proposals, project estimates and decisions.
