Terma is seeking a Feature Architect within our DevSecOps discipline to take ownership of key platform capabilities and align strategic direction with day-to-day delivery. You will work closely with platform engineers, IT and delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable, secure DevSecOps solutions, balancing architecture with hands-on prototyping when needed.

Based in Denmark, this internationally oriented role offers flexible hours, a collaborative culture and a pension/health

Qualifications

• Strong background in software or platform architecture in complex environments.
• Experience with cloud-native principles and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience in regulated environments (on-premise) is a plus.
• Hands-on with DevSecOps tools.
• Ability to communicate architectural decisions.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Do you want to take architectural ownership in a complex and highly regulated environment?

Terma is looking for a Feature Architect within DevSecOps to take ownership of key platform capabilities and contribute to the development of the company’s Internal Developer Platform.

In this role, you will play a central part in bridging architectural direction and execution, working closely with engineers, IT, and delivery teams to shape scalable, secure, and sustainable DevSecOps solutions.

About the role

As Feature Architect, you will take architectural ownership of selected DevSecOps platform capabilities and ensure alignment between strategic direction and day-to-day execution.

You will work closely with platform engineers and stakeholders across the organization, translating business needs and technical constraints into scalable platform solutions.

The role combines architectural responsibility with a hands-on approach, where you may contribute to prototyping, validating solutions, and supporting critical initiatives when needed.

Your responsibilities

Your profile

You have a strong technical background and experience working with software or platform architecture in complex environments.

Ideally, you have

• A relevant technical education within software engineering, IT, or similar
• Solid experience with platform or software architecture
• Strong understanding of cloud-native principles and DevSecOps practices
• Experience working in on-premise or regulated environments
• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps tools and platforms
• The ability to make and communicate architectural decisions
• Professional proficiency in English

Experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Kubernetes, Ansible, Nexus or SonarQube is considered an advantage.
