Job summary

Arrow Global Components (AGC), part of Arrow Electronics, seeks a Field Sales Representative to drive growth with EMS and industrial customers in Denmark. You will own accounts, build relationships, and pursue new business opportunities through regular customer visits.

You will coordinate with Field Application Engineers and cross-functional teams to maximize Arrow's share, profitability, and design-in opportunities while managing resources to grow the business locally.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronic components distribution or manufacturing.
• Ability to manage EMS and OEM accounts.
• Strong interest in technical selling and understanding electronics.
• Accountability and independence in priority setting.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned accounts
• Develop relationships and negotiate at all levels within the customer
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
• Be visible on site with frequent customer visits
• Develop the business to maximize Arrow's market share, profitability and design-in profile
• Coordinate with Field Application Engineers, Internal Sales, Marketing, Asset and Suppliers
