Job summary

Salling Group Tech is seeking an experienced People & Communication Manager to lead a team delivering digital solutions that support over 60,000 employees. You will set direction for the team, shape the solution portfolio, and ensure stable operations while collaborating with stakeholders and suppliers.

You will drive innovation in AI, automation, and cloud-based solutions, and operate in an agile, Scrum-based environment with a strong emphasis on leadership and business impact.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience and ability to set direction.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and agile ways of working.
• Experience with supplier management.
• Fluent in English.
• Interest in AI, automation and digitalization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team and support its progression.
• Drive the development of the People & Communication solution portfolio.
• Ensure stable operations and support.
• Manage supplier relationships and partnerships.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into digital solutions.
• Support the team’s agile and Scrum-based ways of working.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes.
• Explore how AI and new technology can support and transform existing processes.
• Balance operational needs with the long-term development of the area.
