Job summary

ISS A/S is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of an AI-enabled recruitment platform. You will manage country-level and enterprise-wide workstreams, develop business cases, and ensure delivery of benefits across multiple countries.

You will collaborate with TA Centre of Excellence, country project teams, and vendors to define scope, plan resources, and monitor budgets. Strong leadership and communication are essential in this global transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of project management experience in global organizations, implementing people/technical systems.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities; capable of motivating cross‑functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interactions at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop country and enterprise business cases and model cost/benefit scenarios.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Allocate resources and coordinate with country and group managers.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status and decisions to stakeholders and senior management.
