In this role, you will be responsible for developing the team and our solution portfolio while ensuring stable operations and support. You will work with stakeholders and suppliers and contribute to our ambition to transform processes through AI and new technology.
The People & Communication team in Salling Group Tech develops, operates and supports digital solutions used across our organization. Our solutions help create efficient processes for employees across Salling Group.
We work with cloud-based solutions and explore opportunities to simplify and automate processes through technology. The team works in an agile, Scrum-based setup, where collaboration and continuous improvement are part of our way of working.
As Leader of People & Communication, you will set the direction for the team and take responsibility for the development and operation of our solutions.
As our People & Communication Manager, you will combine people leadership with responsibility for our digital solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
You have leadership experience and know how to create direction and develop a team. You give people responsibility and create an environment where they can collaborate and progress.
You understand Tech solutions and are comfortable working between technology and business. Experience with cloud-based solutions, agile ways of working and supplier management is an advantage.
You are interested in new technology and understand how AI, automation and digitalization can improve processes. At the same time, you recognize the importance of stable operations and solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
You take ownership, work in a structured way and are comfortable making decisions. You build relationships across teams and organizational levels and can communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
