Job summary

Yara Danmark A/S is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to act as the primary HR contact for managers and employees in Denmark. You will serve as the Country HR Legal Lead, ensure compliance with local employment law and HR governance, and manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

You will coordinate payroll and pension activities with external providers, maintain HR records with GDPR compliance, and collaborate with global HR teams on local initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HR, broad Generalist/Advisor experience.
• Strong knowledge of Danish employment law and collective agreements (Danish HR governance).
• Experience with payroll administration and company pension schemes with external providers.
• GDPR/data management experience and HR systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for managers and employees in Denmark.
• Serve as the Country HR Legal Lead, ensuring compliance with local law and policies.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Implement and coordinate global HR policies at country level.
• Coordinate payroll and pension processes with external providers.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and GDPR compliance in HR systems.
• Collaborate with leaders, global HR teams, and external partners to deliver HR services.
• Participate in the local senior management team and lead HR projects.
