Qualifications

• Prior payroll processing experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in payroll expertise over 2 years.
• Proficiency in Danish and English is valued.

Responsibilities

• Full management of monthly payroll processing and reporting.
• Optimization of payroll processes and systems.
• Ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Advising on payroll-related queries and providing support to the payroll team.
• Participating in projects and quality reviews across EY.
