Job summary

EG A/S is seeking a skilled Consultant to implement and optimize the SD Løn payroll solution for Danish public sector customers. You will train users, advise on process improvements, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across Aarhus and Aalborg.

The role involves travel and delivering hands-on courses to ensure the payroll system delivers accurate payroll on time. You will work closely with colleagues from software development, business analysis, product ownership and BI, while

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll production, preferably from the public sector.
• Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken, as all our customers are Danish.
• Excellent communicator and facilitator who enjoys presenting to and training larger groups.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to balance great customer service with sound business practice.
• Experienced in using AI in daily work.
• Confident presenter, as you'll often be on the soapbox.
• Able to work both closely with others and independently and know when to seek help from colleagues.
• A true team player who brings energy, good spirits, and a strong will to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Implementing our payroll solution for new customers.
• Train customers by running courses on the payroll area.
• Advise customers and challenge existing processes to improve workflows.
• Deliver bookkeeping-related services as needed.
• Implement SD Løn and related modules at customer sites.
• Prepare user guides and training materials; keep documentation up to date.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with developers, analysts, product owners and BI teams.
• Travel approximately 2 days per week to customer sites.
