Nitor Energy is seeking a proactive, part-time Student IT Supporter to join our IT team in Aarhus. This role offers hands-on exposure to Windows, Linux, networking and infrastructure tasks while supporting colleagues across the organization.

Ideal for students or early-career tech talents who want real-world IT experience, learn from seasoned professionals, and grow into an IT professional within a dynamic energy trading company.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant degree (Computer Science, IT-Technology, Data Technician, or similar) or have comparable hands-on experience.
• Practical understanding of Windows, Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Analytical and self-driven, able to trace and understand problems across infrastructure, network, and applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day IT support for users across hardware, applications, and access management.
• Managing user administration, permissions, and troubleshooting access or license issues.
• Triage and investigate day-to-day infrastructure and security alerts.
• Contribute to ongoing IT improvement projects and suggest better ways of working.
• Maintain and update IT documentation and user guides.
• Assist in planning and executing internal IT initiatives, automation tasks, and infrastructure improvements.

We’re looking for a proactive and curious part-time Student IT Supporter to join Nitor’s IT team in a long-term role suited for students or early-career tech talents.

You’ll be part of a company where technology drives everything we do, supporting a group of highly tech-savvy colleagues. This is an opportunity to apply your studies in practice, learn from real-world IT environments, and develop the mindset and habits needed to grow into an IT professional.

Your tasks will include

• Deliver day-to-day IT support for users across hardware, applications, and access management

What we’re looking for

• Practical understanding of Windows, Linux and networking fundamentals
• Analytical and self-driven, able to trace and understand problems across infrastructure, network, and applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in supporting and interacting with colleagues across the organization
• Deep interest in technology – perhaps you tinker with home labs, code, or explore how systems fit together
