Job summary

Cludo is seeking a curious, driven Business Development Representative to own outbound in Sweden from our Copenhagen office. This part-time role offers flexible hours around studies, with most time spent in our Copenhagen location.

You will collaborate with the Swedish Account Executive to build a strong pipeline and drive growth in the Swedish market. You will engage in multi-channel outreach, qualify opportunities, and support marketing initiatives while learning in a fast-paced, energetic

Qualifications

Curious mindset and willingness to learn new concepts.
Strong communication and analytical thinking.
Ability to research and identify target contacts.

Responsibilities

Own the outbound motion in Sweden, from building target lists to booking the first meeting.
Research organizations across public sector, higher education, regions, banking and insurance, and identify the right people.
Initiate conversations via phone, email and LinkedIn to convert interest into meetings.
Use AI to research accounts, find the right organizations and personalize outreach.
Qualify opportunities and hand them to the Account Executive with context.
Plan campaigns with the AE and adjust based on metrics.
Support marketing initiatives in Sweden, both digital and in person.
