Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Denmark is seeking an OT Analyst to design, validate and support automation and OT solutions across our global production network. You will translate manufacturing needs into compliant systems and maintain validated state throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities include risk-based validation, testing, deployments, and continuous improvement, with emphasis on GMP/GxP, cybersecurity, and enterprise integrations. The role is based in Høje Taastrup, mid-October 2026.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in automation, electrical, software engineering or related technical field.
Experience with automation systems, OT, testing or lifecycle support; Ignition and Python helpful.
Knowledge of GMP/GxP, computerised system validation, change control.
Experience in validation docs, test plans/scripts, deviations and acceptance testing.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement automation/OT solutions meeting quality and cybersecurity requirements.
Plan and execute risk-based validation, testing, and formal test execution.
Support deployments, upgrades, and global rollouts with documentation and training.
Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, coordinate issue resolution.
Contribute to standardisation and continuous improvement of practices.
