Job summary

Qualifications

• Background as an IT Supporter, Computer Technician, IT Technologist, or similar.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows environments, Active Directory, virtualization technologies, and infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of IT service management processes and tools such as ServiceNow or ITIL.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, or production IT systems.
• Strong documentation and compliance awareness.
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize IT platforms, networks and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across operating systems, applications and production IT environments.
• Ensure systems are maintained at a secure level and aligned with internal requirements.
• Support reviews of user access, configurations, IT security controls and services.
• Maintain and improve documentation, procedures and compliance records.
• Support training activities for internal and external users.
• Contribute to continuous improvements of IT operations and infrastructure.
