Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Kalundborg is seeking an IT/OT Operation & Infrastructure Supporter to maintain and optimize the IT infrastructure that underpins our production environment. You will work closely with IT, Automation, and Production teams to ensure high availability, security, and compliant operations.

The role requires physical presence in Kalundborg and fluency in Danish and English. The IT team focuses on cybersecurity, documentation, and continuous improvement of production IT/OT solutions

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Windows environments, Active Directory, virtualization, and infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of IT service management processes and tools such as ServiceNow or ITIL.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, or production IT systems.
• Strong documentation and compliance awareness.
• Fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize IT platforms, networks, and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot issues across operating systems, applications, and production IT environments.
• Ensure systems are maintained at an appropriate security level and aligned with internal requirements.
• Support reviews of user access, configurations, IT security controls, and services.
• Maintain and improve documentation, procedures, and compliance records.
• Support training activities for internal and external users.
• Contribute to continuous improvements of IT operations and infrastructure.
