Job summary

Tour Partner Group in Copenhagen, Denmark is seeking a Tour Operations Intern to join a multicultural, international team and assist in creating memorable travel experiences for clients and customers.

You will support tour preparation, itineraries, supplier liaison and client communications, with opportunities to grow into other roles. English proficiency, flexibility and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate bookings and request services from suppliers.
• Booking and planning all services according to the itinerary.
• Create and check itineraries (feasibility and conformity with clients’ publications).
• Handle amendments, cancellations and rooming lists for group bookings.
• Work with hotels, tour guides, coach companies and other partners.
• Issue the correct documentation (vouchers, travel documents) on time.
• Direct contact with clients, partners and suppliers; prepare quotes for client requests.

Your responsibilities:

As a Tour Operations Intern at Tour Partner Group, your key responsibilities will include:

Tour preparation

• Generating bookings and requesting services from suppliers
• Booking and planning all services according to the itinerary

Itineraries

• Creating and checking itineraries (feasibility and conformity with clients’ publications)

Group administration

• Handling amendments, cancellations and rooming lists for group bookings

Supplier liaison

• Working with hotels, tour guides, coach companies and other partners

Travel documents

• Issuing the correct documentation (vouchers, travel documents) on time

Client and partner contact

• Direct contact with clients, partners and suppliers
• Possibility of preparing and calculating quotes for client requests

Your profile: Skills & Experience
