As an Online Customer Service Consultant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through online channels such as email chat and social media Your main goal will be to address any inquiries or concerns promptly and efficiently contributing to overall customer satisfaction and brand loyalty This role requires excellent communication skills as well as the ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment While prior experience is not required a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential This position offers a salary of $1400 per month and includes accommodation in Herning for non-local candidates

Key Responsibilities
