We are seeking an Online Consultant to join our growing team in Faroe Islands As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing virtual customer support and assistance to clients through various online platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to client inquiries and providing them with accurate and timely information
• Identifying and resolving customer issues through effective problem-solving techniques
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and providing excellent customer service at all times
• Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer support process
• Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients
• Assisting in the development of new customer support strategies and processes

Requirements

• No prior experience is required as training will be provided
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Proficient in using various online platforms such as chat email social media etc
• Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel purposes if necessary
• Availability for part-time work with flexible hours

Salary Starting salary for this position is 900$ per month

Location This position is based in Faroe Islands Accommodation can be provided if needed
