Job summary

EcoFarm Solutions seeks an Online Consultant to provide personalized support to clients via live chat, email and social media from our Esbjerg office. You will understand client needs, deliver accurate product information, and guide customers toward effective resolutions with a friendly and professional approach.

The role requires excellent English communication, Danish is a plus, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Danish a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Biometric passport required for international travel if needed.
