Job summary

Userlink ApS in Odense is seeking a seasoned backend engineer to join the brain of our platform. You will own data model, retrieval, evaluation and real-time flows that intervene in sessions, writing code, shipping features, and monitoring them in production for real customers.

We require hands-on experience building SaaS systems, strong Java or C#, and familiarity with React. Equity is offered, and you will help shape the company from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience building and running SaaS systems in production.
• Solid backend experience in Java or C#, and comfortable in React.
• Has built LLM-based features and knows how to measure whether they work.
• Owns what they build, also when it breaks in production.
• AI-assisted development as part of the daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own parts of the brain from idea to production, including data model, retrieval and real-time flows.
• Write the code yourself, ship it and follow it when it meets real customers.
• Help decide what gets built, and how, shaping the foundation for the next engineers.
• Decisions are made on arguments, not titles.
