Job description

The Opportunity

Businesses are running real operations on apps built with Henosia. A CEO who had never written a line of code built his company's reporting platform, integrated with their ERP, and the board now gets real-time numbers. One warehouse team cut a 2-hour labeling job to under 8 minutes. A goods reception app saves 25 hours a week. These aren't prototypes. They're production apps hosted in the EU.

Here's the challenge: the people building these apps are mostly not developers. They're finance managers, warehouse leads and operations people who know exactly what they need but have never opened a code editor. At the same time, the IT department and developers on their teams need to trust what gets built. Making one product that works for both, where describing, planning, previewing, iterating and shipping feels effortless and the result is safe to run your business on, is a hard product problem. That's where you come in.
You'll own key parts of the product experience end to end. You'll talk to users, see where they get stuck, help decide what to build, build it and ship it. You'll work alongside the founders (who've been building software for 20 years) and our AI engineering lead.

What You'll Do

  • Own features from first customer conversation to shipped, measured and improved

  • Talk to users directly. Watch them build, learn where they struggle, and turn that into product decisions

  • Design and build core product experiences: onboarding, the builder, organizational tools, publishing, data connectors and other key integrations

  • Work closely with our AI engineers to turn agent capabilities into experiences non-developers can understand and trust, and push back when the agent falls short

  • Work directly with our CCO on transforming customer insights and feedback to product features

  • Use product data and customer feedback to decide what matters most

  • Ship constantly

Who You Are

You're a strong product engineer who cares about the product as much as the code. You're at home in TypeScript, React and Next.js, and you're comfortable across frontend, backend and data.

You have product taste. You notice when something is confusing, and you'd rather fix it than write a ticket. You can make good UX decisions without waiting for a designer.

You like talking to users. You can sit with a non-technical warehouse manager, understand their problem, and explain things without jargon.

You use AI coding tools every day and have opinions about what makes them good or frustrating. You believe non-developers building their own software is going to be huge, and you want to be the one who makes it actually work for them.

Requirements

Must have

  • 5+ years building software professionally

  • Strong TypeScript, React and Next.js

  • Shipped products that real users depend on, and improved them based on feedback

  • Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs

  • Comfortable owning features across the whole stack

  • Self-starter energy. You don't need a roadmap handed to you

  • Ability to thrive in a remote-only environment. The team meets physically periodically.

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2B SaaS, internal tools, low-code or developer tools

  • Experience with auth, permissions, multi-tenancy or system integrations

  • Design skills, in Figma/Paper or directly in code

  • Side projects that show you experiment with AI

  • Danish speaker

What We Offer

  • Base salary is 60-70K DKK/month (depends on experience)

  • ESOP. For the right profile, real equity in a fast-growing startup

  • Remote friendly. Denmark-based is a plus but not required

  • Shape the product. Founding role means you're not just executing; you're deciding what to build

  • Work with experienced founders. Jim, Janne and Peter have been building products for 20 years

  • Direct line to customers. You'll see the impact of what you ship within days
