Munit.io is seeking a Tech Lead Backend Engineer to guide backend development for the SAGA platform in a fully remote setup. You will shape scalable architectures, integrate diverse data sources, and push performance, security, and reliability improvements across services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS backend development with Python and related tech.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (K8s, Docker).
• Strong English communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimize backend services for the SAGA platform.
• Design scalable data processing and integration structures.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade systems for reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with frontend, analysts, and product owners on architecture.
• Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance with standards.
• Document architecture and API specifications.
• Write tests and ensure good test coverage.
