Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd is seeking a diligent on-site MEP Stores Person to receive, store, issue and return MEP materials on construction sites and in off-site stores. You will keep inventory accurate, support site trades and procurement, maintain traceability, and operate material handling equipment.

Requirements include fluent English, experience in construction stores, familiarity with SAP or Procore, and valid forklift/telehandler licences. CSCS card or equivalent access may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Ability to work on own initiative and in collaboration with trades.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries of MEP materials and verify quantity, spec and damage.
• Maintain accurate stock records and perform cycle counts.
• Store items securely by type and project; label hazardous materials.
• Pick and issue materials to trades per work orders; record issues and returns.
• Operate forklifts/telehandlers and ensure safe handling of materials.
