Job summary

Semco Maritime is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager BoP to lead health, safety, environment and quality across offshore wind Balance of Plant projects. The role involves guiding HSEQ Advisors, collaborating with Project Managers and the BoP Head to embed safety from tender to execution.

The position emphasizes Safety I and II concepts, learning, incident investigations and strong stakeholder engagement with clients and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Solid HSEQ experience in offshore wind, marine, renewables, or project-based environments.
• Experience preparing, reviewing and maintaining HSEQ documentation (RAMS, HSEQ plans, drill plans, investigations).
• Strong ability to guide and lead HSEQ Advisors and site personnel.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, compliant BoP project delivery from sales to execution.
• Prepare and manage project HSEQ documentation (Plans, RAMS, drills).
• Review contracts and identify HSEQ deliverables for tenders and planning.
• Lead or support HSEQ investigations with clear root causes and actions.
• Maintain relationships with clients and foster a learning safety culture.
