Job summary

Vestas NCE Service Supply Chain Operations Offshore invites applications for a Lead Stockkeeper role within the Service Campaign team. You will lead and develop the offshore harbor and vessel warehouses, plan daily workloads, and ensure safe, efficient handling of materials, spare parts, tools, and consumables.

You will collaborate with service campaign operations, monitor KPIs, support audits, and drive improvements across North and Central Europe.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or degree in warehouse management or logistics.
• Wind industry warehouse experience is beneficial.
• Customs knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient with computer tools: SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, TMS, and SAP/AX ERP systems.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Solid time management, planning, scheduling and systems-thinking abilities.
• Adherence and compliance with local laws; translate instructions into actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise service campaign stockkeepers; plan daily workloads and monitor performance.
• Conduct regular team briefings and toolbox talks; ensure safety standards.
• Maintain inventory records in SAP; attend project meetings for alignment with service campaign and schedules for vessels/harbors.
• Coordinate with other team leads to ensure timely storage and warehouse dynamics across Europe (NCE).
• Support planned and unplanned service events; promote a strong safety culture.
• Lead reporting of incidents; drive safety improvements and KPI monitoring.
• Own training matrix for the team and organize port requirements in NCE.
• Support audits and inspections; assist in structuring offshore operations from a supply chain view.
