Job summary

Vestas in Aarhus, Denmark is seeking a Global Offshore Project Planner to drive on-time delivery of large offshore wind projects. You will build and maintain schedules, coordinate with PMs, engineering, procurement, and finance to ensure contractual milestones are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling within large-scale offshore projects.
• Experience with cross-functional teams across PM, engineering, and procurement.
• Strong English communication skills and project controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise project schedules for offshore wind projects.
• Perform scenario planning to assess schedule risks and resources.
• Collaborate with PM, Contract, Engineering, Construction to resolve planning challenges.
• Coordinate inputs across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance.
• Align project requirements with resources to maximise delivery performance.
• Monitor progress, analyse variances, provide insights for decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment on priorities and milestones.
