Job summary

Vestas in Aarhus seeks a Process Developer to design and improve project processes within CPX under NCE. You will develop, support, and maintain processes to help project teams execute customer projects, aligning with global CPX guidelines.

The role requires a degree in information management, business administration, or engineering, plus 3+ years in a similar global role, strong analytical and stakeholder skills, and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and maintain processes to assist project teams in executing customer projects
• Ensure process excellence and continuously design improvements
• Support the strategic process roadmap and align with key stakeholders, including Global CPX
• Manage and evaluate incoming change requests, supporting decision-making through analysis, recommendations, and communication across NCE CPX
• Model and document processes at all operational levels, adhering to process excellence guidelines and methodologies
