Job summary

Vestas is seeking an Offshore Lead Installation Supervisor in Aarhus to lead field operations in offshore wind projects. You will oversee installation activities, coordinate between supervisors and teams, and drive safety, quality, and compliance across the site.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in offshore installation, strong leadership, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to operate in a fast-paced environment. Primary location: Denmark with up to 180 days of travel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational link between site supervisors, installation teams, and the Lead Site Coordinate daily installation activities and support the Lead Site Manager with operational planning
• Drive safety, quality, and compliance standards across site operations
• Act as the key link between supervisors, technicians, and project stakeholders
• Manage daily reporting, handovers, timesheet approvals, and project documentation
• Support team performance, development, and motivation
• Plan and coordinate mobilization, demobilization, and installation kick-offs
• Implement process improvements and provide operational updates to site leadership
