Job summary

Semco Maritime is seeking a proactive Tender Manager to lead offshore wind tenders from qualification through to contract award. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage governance, and ensure timely, competitive, and compliant submissions.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will work across Esbjerg, Aarhus, Copenhagen or Grimsby, travelling for meetings and site visits. The role emphasizes robust commercial risk management and customer-focused proposals.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in tender or bid management.
• Experience in offshore wind or renewable energy.
• Knowledge of tender governance, cost estimation, pricing, and contractual risk.
• Excellent written English and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver tenders from qualification to award.
• Establish tender strategies, plans, timelines, and review gates.
• Coordinate technical, commercial, legal, procurement, and finance inputs.
• Manage pricing inputs, exclusions, risks, and approvals.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous tender process improvements.
