Ramboll is hiring a Structural Engineer for its Energy division in Denmark. The role focuses on reassessment and lifetime extension of offshore platforms, FEED and detailed design for offshore and onshore facilities, and advanced structural analyses.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Structural and Civil engineering.
Solid experience in structural steel design including static and dynamic engineering.
2–10 years of offshore structural engineering experience, preferably with jackets and risers.
Experience with offshore standards (ISO, NORSOK, EuroCode, DNV).
Potentially lead/supervise a small structural project team.
Experience with ROSAP, SACS or SESAM; ROSAP preferred.
Strong Excel and MathCad skills.
Excellent English communication; Danish language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Reassessment and lifetime extension of aging offshore platforms.
Conceptual, FEED and detailed design of offshore structures; input for 3D/2D drafting.
Conceptual, FEED and detailed design of onshore process facilities; input for 3D/2D drafting.
Perform advanced global analyses for linear and nonlinear scenarios (ULS/FLS/ALS).
Engage with clients and take responsibility for deliverables.
Contribute to internal development to improve designs and methods.
