Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Structural engineering with offshore focus.
• Strong experience in structural reliability analysis using standard industry tools.
• 5–10 years in offshore structures, jackets and risers preferred.
• Experience with SHMS and structural steel design (static/dynamic).
• Knowledge of ISO, NORSOK, EuroCode, DNv and related standards.
• Leadership potential to supervise a small project team.
• Proficiency with ROSAP, SACS or SESAM; Excel, MathCad, MATLAB, Python.

Responsibilities

• Perform reliability analyses for offshore structures (jackets, topsides, risers).
• Apply probabilistic methods for safety, remaining life, and risk-informed decisions.
• Develop reliability models for various limit states and serviceability.
• Evaluate loads, degradation, data quality, and structural performance.
• Support inspection planning and risk-based maintenance strategies.
• Conduct linear/non-linear analyses, fatigue and dynamic assessments.
• Integrate SHM data into reliability assessments and digital twins.
• Prepare technical reports and client-facing documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver on time.
