Job summary

Ramboll invites applications for a Structural Engineer role in Esbjerg, Aarhus, or Copenhagen within the Asset Management department of Ramboll Energy. You will join a highly specialized team focusing on reassessment, lifetime extension and digital twin applications for offshore structures.

You will perform reliability analyses, evaluate uncertainties, and contribute to innovative techniques while collaborating with skilled engineers across projects and sites in Denmark.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Structural engineering with offshore experience.
• Experience with structural reliability analyses and load/resistance assessments.
• Proficiency in ROSAP, SACS or SESAM and familiarity with offshore standards (ISO, NORSOK, EuroCode, DNV).

Responsibilities

• Perform structural reliability analyses for offshore jackets, topsides and risers.
• Apply probabilistic methods for safety, lifetime and risk-informed decisions.
• Develop and use reliability models for limit states and fatigue assessments.
• Integrate SHM data into reliability assessments and digital twins.
• Prepare technical reports and engage with clients and authorities.
