Job summary

Johnson Controls, Global Marine & Offshore Service is seeking a Service Project Manager to plan, oversee, and control service projects within Refrigeration and HVAC for Marine and offshore customers. The role is based on-site in Aarhus, with a hands-on approach and close collaboration with the Service Sales Team.

You will own multiple projects, focus on operational and financial performance, risk mitigation, and ensure deliverables meet the agreed scope. English is required; Danish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Structure and proactive communication driven by results and customer service.
• Comfort with system design and price calculations for full scope onboard ships/platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple small projects with quick, decisive decisions.
• Educational background in mechanical or electrical engineering for handling complex technical products.
• Experience with complex systems in Refrigeration, HVAC, fire suppression, fire detection or automation in Marine.
• English required; Danish fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple service projects in small teams with focus on delivery quality.
• Collaborate with Service Sales to identify opportunities for additional work.
• Oversee operational and financial performance and risk mitigation on projects.
• Provide consultation and support to customers and internal teams.
