Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Recent Master’s graduates welcome.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with invoicing and accounts receivable tasks.
• Monitoring outstanding payments and supporting follow-up activities.
• Reconciling customer accounts and helping resolve discrepancies.
• Supporting internal teams with billing-related questions.
• Preparing basic financial reports and documentation.
• Helping improve and streamline administrative and finance processes.
• Contributing to system updates, automation initiatives, and ad-hoc tasks.
