Job summary

Trackman, the world leader in golf technology, seeks a Global Head of Customer Service to lead and scale our global service organization. You will set the global service strategy, build high-performing teams across locations, and partner with Operations, Product, Sales and Finance to elevate customer outcomes.

This role requires senior leadership, change management, and a passion for exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in global customer service or related operations.
• Proven track record of building and scaling international service organizations and teams.
• Experience driving organizational and operational change in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing global customer service organization with a strong customer-centric culture.
• Define and execute a global customer service strategy and scalable operating model that supports Trackman’s growth.
• Leverage AI, automation, data, and emerging technologies to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Sales, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure the voice of the customer informs business decisions.
