Weply in Copenhagen is seeking an ambitious sales professional to join the Norwegian sales team. You will work from our central Copenhagen office with about 40 colleagues and drive outbound calls to Norwegian SMEs, handling the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

You will own a fast-growing product, targeting diverse industries, with a daily routine that includes research, meetings prep, and a focus on high-quality talk-time.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B sales experience including cold-calling.
• Fluent Norwegian or Swedish is mandatory.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential customers in Norway by phone and online.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Collaborate with CS and manager; prepare for meetings.
• Attend pipeline reviews and meet weekly targets.
