Job summary

Advansor is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Norway to join our international team and drive growth in the Norwegian market for CO2 refrigeration systems. You will engage with end-users, consultants, and contractors to expand our market share in retail, heating, and industrial segments.

You will be based at our Aarhus headquarters with periodic travel; English is mandatory, and Norwegian language proficiency is required to effectively support customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional background within refrigeration, HVAC, or related technical field.
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in refrigeration or HVAC industry.
• Experience with natural refrigerants (CO2) is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Expand technical sales and market share within the Norwegian market.
• Drive growth in the Norway market and strengthen Advansor's position as a market-leading supplier of CO2 refrigeration systems.
• Build partnerships with end-users, refrigeration consultants, and contractors.
• Execute sales activities in line with global and regional plans to meet growth targets.
• Provide expert technical support and value-based guidance to customers.
• Travel within the region to engage customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support after-sales and project deployment.
