ScandiMate seeks a Norwegian-speaking Sales Representative in Aarhus to drive inbound sales and help build our Norwegian market from the ground up. The role is full-time, based in Aarhus, with a clear growth path toward Norway Country Manager.

You will collaborate with an international team, support Norwegian customers, and contribute to marketing campaigns and podcasts in-house. A dynamic startup atmosphere awaits with social events and team trips.

Responsibilities

• Inbound sales (no cold calling)
• Full-time, based in Aarhus
• Opportunity to grow into Country Manager (Norway)
