Job summary

Advansor is seeking a Production Engineer to secure the optimal production foundation for CO2 refrigerant systems and heat pumps. You will work in a cross-functional team and help elevate our Production Technology Department.

You will report to the Production Technology Manager and contribute to shaping processes; English proficiency is essential. The role is based at our Brabrand, Aarhus headquarters with a dynamic, diverse team; flexible hours and a strong team culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Craft background in blacksmithing or relevant trade with a Production Technologist or Mechanical Engineer education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in refrigeration or OEM manufacturing.
• Strong technical and IT skills; able to manage time and reprioritize daily changes.
• Excellent English communication skills both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain procedures, implementing work processes and work instructions.
• Participate in improvement projects in our production.
• Optimize lead time and production efficiency.
• Ensure high availability of production equipment, service contracts and coordination of maintenance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Manage non-conformance reports to ensure continuous quality improvement.
• Maintain accurate production-related Master data.
