Job summary

Nexi is seeking a Senior Nordic Accounting Leader to run the Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland finance function. You will drive accurate monthly closes, statutory reporting, and IFRS governance while partnering with internal and external auditors.

You will lead a high-performing, cross-country team, drive automation and continuous improvement, and contribute to the CFO Nordics leadership team. Fluent English required; Nordic language knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading an Accounting function in a complex, international organization.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, closing, statutory reporting and controls.
• Ability to translate accounting topics into clear insights for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Nordic Accounting across Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland.
• Own monthly, quarterly and annual closings and ensure high-quality reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, IFRS and Group policies.
• Coordinate statutory financial statements and external audits, addressing findings.
• Maintain strong balance-sheet quality and governance, escalating material risks.
