Haleon in Copenhagen is seeking a Category Analyst to study market trends, consumer behavior and sales data to drive strategic decisions across Nordics. This is a 12-month temporary role focused on harmonizing sell-out reporting and turning findings into growth opportunities in retail.

You will work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop Nordic dashboards, perform ad-hoc analyses, and influence commercial decisions with clear insights and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Econometrics or related.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to run ad hoc deep dives and to present insights clearly.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; familiarity with syndicated EPOS data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time.
• Proactive attitude and drive for change and improvement.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Develop & maintain Nordic dashboards to track key consumption performance indicators; monitor, report and advise on sales performance and market shares.
• Conduct competitive analysis to understand market dynamics and identify threats and opportunities.
• Ensure consistent performance tracking of new product launches and support teams by extracting insights for retail stories.
• Leverage data and reporting to be the central point for data harmonization and improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and commercial excellence teams to enhance understanding of sales data.
• Drive marketing effectiveness analysis, especially within the D-Com channel.
