As Insights & Analytics Lead, you will serve as the Insights & Analytics business partner for the cluster covering Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. Significant experience in Insights & Analytics, Commercial Insights, Marketing Analytics, Commercial Excellence, Forecasting, Market Research, or a related commercial function. Experience within pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or another regulated and complex environment is strongly preferred. Proven ability to act as a strategic business partner to marketing and commercial stakeholders, facilitating decisions rather than only producing analysis. Experience working within one or more countries in the Nordic cluster, ideally within a multi-country, multicultural, or regional operating model.
Hands-on experience in at least two of the following:
You will collaborate closely with Cluster and Country Marketing Leads, commercial leadership, Finance, DD&T, local operations, Therapy Area teams, the Central I&A Hub, and approved market research partners.
