• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Significant experience in Insights & Analytics or related commercial functions.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environments preferred.
• Strategic business partnering with marketing and commercial teams.

Responsabilidades

• Establish a consistent cluster insight-to-action rhythm with monthly reviews and quarterly analyses.
• Translate analytics into clear business narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Lead KPI standardization, dashboards, and measurement frameworks across the cluster.
• Collaborate with Finance to strengthen forecasting with local assumptions and scenarios.
• Oversee sales analytics, territory alignment, call planning, and incentive governance.
