Job summary

Takeda Pharma A/S in Denmark is seeking an Insights & Analytics Lead to partner across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway. You will translate analytics into actionable insights, support decision-making, and drive adoption of standardized KPIs and dashboards.

You will collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to contextualize market intelligence, forecast locally, and lead commercial analytics initiatives across the Nordic cluster. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Experience in Insights & Analytics, Commercial Insights, Marketing Analytics, Forecasting, or Market Research.
Pharma or regulated industry experience preferred.
Ability to partner with marketing and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Establish cluster insight-to-action rhythm via reviews and analysis.
Translate analytics into clear business narratives.
Recommend resource allocation, targeting, channel mix.
Drive adoption of KPIs, templates, dashboards, and frameworks.
Contextualize analytics with local market intelligence.
Support forecasting with local assumptions and scenarios.
Interpret forecasting ranges and convert scenarios into plans.
Capture insights from CRM, field observations, and competitor updates.
Lead commercial operations: HCP segmentation, call planning, territory alignment.
Oversee Sales Incentive Plan governance and standardization.
Coordinate market research inputs into actionable findings.
