Qualifications

• Experience dealing with complex client organisations and building strong client relationships.
• Ability to lead a regional team of client service managers and act as escalation point.
• Strong communication and diplomacy skills across a large virtual team.
• Proven track record in senior client relationship management with c-suite exposure.
• Adept at solving problems in dynamic, regulated environments with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client service managers across the Nordic region.
• Oversee a portfolio of high-growth clients within Securities Services.
• Collaborate with Sales to execute regional growth strategies.
• Represent J.P. Morgan to clients and industry bodies.
• Ensure client satisfaction metrics, KPIs and scorecards are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses to client inquiries and issues.
• Act as client advocate to ensure requirements are understood and addressed.
• Provide thought leadership through client events and forums.
• Improve operating model efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Manage accurate fee billing for products and clients in the region.
