Job summary

Matas A/S is building a new Commercial Product Lifecycle capability to transform how products are launched and managed across our Nordic markets. You will own forecasting for new launches and shape the operating model, governance and AI-supported processes for better inventory health.

You will work across Commercial, Category, Operations and IT to implement scalable processes and data-driven decisions, driving measurable improvements from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial planning, demand planning or supply chain.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making.
• Experience building or improving business processes and operating models.
• Solid cross-functional project management and stakeholder alignment.
• Master's degree in a related field (Business, Economics, SCM, Engineering).

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve first-order forecasts and analytical models for product launches.
• Coordinate launch planning across multiple business units and functions.
• Lead a 2-3 year transformation of the Commercial Product Lifecycle capability.
• Establish governance, KPIs and operating principles for launch, overstock and delist decisions.
• Define data, analytics and AI requirements with Data & AI teams.
• Monitor forecast quality and inventory health to drive business impact.
• Collaborate with Category, Merchandising, Logistics and Sales to embed new ways of working.
