Job summary

Implement Consulting Group in Aarhus is seeking a Senior Data and AI Advisor to bridge strategy and execution, shaping data strategies, designing modern data platforms, and establishing data governance.

You will operate where strategy meets delivery, work with senior stakeholders, and help clients realise AI value through scalable data architectures and responsible data management.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience, including client-facing work.
• Proven expertise across data platforms, data strategy, and data management.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern data stacks and cloud platforms.
• Strong ability to facilitate workshops and communicate complex topics clearly.
• Master's degree in a relevant field; fluency in English; Scandinavian languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape data and AI strategies with senior stakeholders and translate business goals into roadmaps.
• Design modern data platforms and target architectures enabling analytics and AI at scale.

AI ambitions are everywhere – but few organisations have the data foundation to deliver on them. We're looking to expand our Aarhus team with a Senior Data and AI Advisor who can help clients bridge that gap: shaping data strategies, designing modern data platforms, and establishing the data management practices that turn AI from ambition into impact.

What you'll do

As a senior member of our team, you\'ll be working in the sweet spot where strategy meets execution and help our clients get their data, architecture, and organisation ready for value-creating AI use cases.

Specifically, you will:

• Shape data and AI strategieswith senior stakeholders, translating business ambitions into actionable roadmaps
• Design modern data platformsand target architectures that enable analytics and AI at scale
• Establish data management and governance practices– ownership, quality, and ways of working that make data a trusted asset
• Drive project delivery from strategy to implementation, ensuring meaningful and lasting client impact
• Support business developmentthrough your consulting experience and client network in the Nordics

You'll also work alongside a team of younger consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality project delivery – and collaborate closely with our sister company, The Tech Collective, on tech-heavy deliveries.

What you'll bring

We're looking for a seasoned advisor who combines structured thinking, technical depth, and a collaborative mindset. In the best-case scenario, you bring:

• At least 5 yearsof relevant experience, ideally withclient-facingwork from a consultancy or a senior in-house data role
• Proven expertise across one or more ofdata platforms, data strategy, and data management– and a clear perspective on how they enable AI
• Hands-on familiarity with themodern data stack(e.g., cloud data platforms, data products, lakehouse architectures) and an understanding of what it takes to make AI work in practice
• Strong capabilities tofacilitate workshops, align stakeholders, and articulate complex topics throughclear storytelling
• A relevant master\'s degree (e.g., in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Business)
• Fluency in English; Scandinavian languages are a plus
